Recipe - Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 1.5+ lbs Beef Round Steak
- 2+ cups brown rice
- 1+ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- Soy Sauce
- White wine vinegar
- Corn starch
Instructions
- Cook rice
- Combine 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tsp cornstarch, tons of pepper as the marinade
- Cut the steak into strips, marinate
- Place cooked rice into containers
- Cook steak, place into same containers
- Combine 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp water, 2 tsp cornstarch and crushed red pepper as the sauce for the veggies
- Cook onion and red bell pepper, add sauce
- Place veggies into same containers
Considerations
- Add green onions
- Add sesame seeds
- Make more sauce
